Welcome to my website!    My mission, as Shakespeare Man,is to bring William Shakespeare, the man behind the words, to vivid life for contemporary audiences, including:-   Regional Theatres and Arts Centers, Residencies, Teacher Training, Corporate and Charitable events, Conferences, Colleges, Schools, Home Schoolers, Libraries, Festivals and Adult clubs.
Every programme is carefully designed to provide entertaining, informative insights into the Briton of the Millennium.
My portrayal of Shakespeare, the man, is ideal forfilm, television and commercial productions.
1. Performing as William Shakespeare:- Live Performances and Appearances, in costume, are flexible, economic and easy to stage. I am a One Man Show and happily adapt to the interests of my varied audiences, young and not so young!
All performances include fascinating information about  Shakespeare’s personal, creative and business life in Stratford and London, during the reigns of Elizabeth1 and James1. The dust is also shaken off Shakespeare's masterpieces, including his sonnets, using a lively mixture of performance, reading, analysis and LOTS of audience participation.
2. When  NOT performing as William Shakespeare:- I offer a varied selection of in-depth Residencies, Training Presentations and Theatre Studies.
Residencies comprise a careful programmed mix of performance, presentation and coaching  OR my  NEW! in-depth, multi-day Residency with a strong Arts Integration aspect, which provides a guided base from which secondary school students create and perform Old Time Radio Theatre, linked to  resonant Shakespeare themes.
Training Presentations  includein-depth study sessions, based on any of my Shakespeare Man programmes, and specially written titles including: Shakespeare and Modern Culture (NEW!)Shakespeare in America (NEW!), and Spiritual Values in Shakespeare.
